Afterward, it was back to Mr. NordicTrack Elliptical for the next leg of the Turks and Caicos Weight Loss Walking Series. iFit’s Stacie Clark led a steady-state walk along Malcolm Beach, and compared to last night, it was a breeze.

Feeling pretty good as I wind down for the night, but reality check: I have to wake up at 5:30 a.m. for the office. Guess no morning cardio tomorrow. Totally forgot about being in the office Tue-Thu when I hatched my plan of starting every day with light cardio.
