With grand plans of wearing this ol’ zombie out for another fine night of sleep, I decided to pick up where I left off in the Turks and Caicos Weight Loss Walking Series. The Northwest Point National Park Intervals Walk is number four in that series. Let me tell you, this one was intense for my pile of creaky bones and rotting flesh. But, despite wanting to call it quits, I pushed on through.
Aboard Mr. NordicTrack Elliptical, I hustled down the beach, through palm trees and mangroves, with Stacie’s husband, Chris Clark. This workout included long working intervals with short rests, followed by a steady-state finish to wrap it up. Now, I’m crossing my fingers that it works and I get some solid rest time back in the grave!
