Last night sucked… woke up around 2:30 am, had to pee. Repeated sometime after 3:00 am, 4:00 am, 5 am, and 6 am. Got up late, at 6:50ish. Really light headed and disoriented when I got up, stumbled a bit and almost fell. The same thing happened each time I got up to pee too,

 

No time for breakfast, also had to stop for gas. Had a Cranberry Almond Atkins bar when I got to work.

 

10:00 at work, can’t stay awake, keep drifting off.

 

Lunch was an apple, snacked on beef jerky and three cheese sticks.

 

For dinner I had 4 tacos then I had cottage cheese and pineapple for a snack. I still really need more calories so I think I need to up my daily carb limit to allow that.
