Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Fat-Free Plain Yogurt
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Power
- 1 Banana
- 7 Strawberrys Frozen
- 1 Cup Low-Fat Milk
Instructions
- Start by putting yogurt into a blender
- Next add the Slim-Fast powder
- Now break the banana in half and drop it into the blender
- Now it’s time to drop in the strawberries
- Finally add the milk
- Blend on high, shaking/stirring as necessary; add a little more milk if it seems too thick
- Pour into a cup and drink with a straw
