Strawberry-Banana Smoothie
Ok, so here’s the smoothie recipe y’all have been waiting for. There are a lot of options for tweaking this, and I may add a few favorites, over time.

Low-Fat Milk
Instructions
Start by putting yogurt into a blender
Next add the Slim-Fast powder
Now break the banana in half and drop it into the blender
Now it’s time to drop in the strawberries
Finally add the milk
Blend on high, shaking/stirring as necessary; add a little more milk if it seems too thick
Pour into a cup and drink with a straw
Notes
The order of filling the blender may seem arbitrary, but this way seems to make blending the easiest.
