Strawberry-Banana Smoothie

Ok, so here’s the smoothie recipe y’all have been waiting for. There are a lot of options for tweaking this, and I may add a few favorites, over time.

Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp Fat-Free Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Power
  • 1 Banana
  • 7 Strawberrys Frozen
  • 1 Cup Low-Fat Milk

Instructions
 

  • Start by putting yogurt into a blender
  • Next add the Slim-Fast powder
  • Now break the banana in half and drop it into the blender
  • Now it’s time to drop in the strawberries
  • Finally add the milk
  • Blend on high, shaking/stirring as necessary; add a little more milk if it seems too thick
  • Pour into a cup and drink with a straw

Notes

The order of filling the blender may seem arbitrary, but this way seems to make blending the easiest.
