
Yes, another smoothie recipe. I really love this one, all orangy and creamy tasting! I really like using the Slim-Fast powder in my smoothies because it adds a nice flavor and helps make them more filling.
Ingredients:
- 6oz. Lemon flavored non-fat yogurt (plain works to, but the lemon flavor adds a nice tang)
- 1 scoop Vanllia Slim-Fast powder
- 1 ripe banana
- 3 tablespoons pineapple juice (or just throw some pineapple chunks in)
- 2 cups crushed ice
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
Directions:
- Start by putting the yogurt into a blender
- Next add the Slim-Fast powder
- Now break a banana in half and drop it into the blender
- Add pineapple juice and crushed ice
- Finally pour in the orange juice
- Blend on high, shaking/sirring as necessary
- Pour into a tall glass and drink with a straw…Enjoy!
