This evening was back was back to Mr. NordicTrack Elliptical for the next leg of the Turks and Caicos Weight Loss Walking Series. iFit’s Chris Clark led an interval walk Bird Rock Point. It was a good and challenging, but not too challenging. I can definitely feel how I have Improved.
Feeling pretty good as I wind down for the night, but reality check: I have to wake up at 5:30 a.m. for the office again. So still no morning cardio tomorrow.
