Dragged myself out of bed at 6 a.m. and shuffled back to the trusty NordicTrack elliptical for a 17-minute beginner interval session with iFit trainer Stacie Clark. We power-walked along Sugar Beach as part of the St. Lucia Weight Loss Walking Series. This was workout #2 in the Sweatember Walking Challenge, and it’s getting easier—almost too easy for this undead walker! Might have to bump up to Intermediate after finishing all six challenges. Felt surprisingly good afterward—ready to take on the day, one undead step at a time!
