Well, last night’s plan didn’t quite pan out. I ended up with just 3 hours and 26 minutes of sleep. Once I woke up around 2 a.m., the hum of the AC and Lady Mrs. Zombie’s snoring kept me awake most of the night.
This morning, I dragged myself to Mr. NordicTrack Elliptical for a much-needed casual walk. I was still pretty wiped out, so I searched for the shortest and easiest session. The Bunker Hill Monument Walk caught my eye, and thankfully, it was just what I needed. Led by iFit guide David Coviello, we strolled from the U.S.S. Constitution to the Bunker Hill Monument. Along the way, David filled the walk with stories of Boston’s rich history. This was the last walk in the Boston Walking Tours series. I think I’ll start it from the beginning over the next few mornings and give myself some time to recover.
