Tonight, Lady Mrs. Zombie was down with foot pain and couldn’t join me for the usual undead 1-mile shuffle through the neighborhood. I contemplated my options: a humid, 80-degree evening walk through the darkness or a nice, breezy interval session in the streets of Portofino, Italy. Spoiler alert: I chose Italy.
Following iFit’s Stacie through Italy, with the cool breeze of the air conditioner blowing through my hair, wasn’t a tough decision. This was my third workout in the Sweatember Walking Challenge and the first in the Italy Weight Loss Walking Series. Still labeled a Beginner workout, but let’s be real—it pushed me a bit. Did I mention how glorious that air conditioner felt?
