The streak of waking up early continued—I’m keeping up with this new routine, but don’t get me wrong, it’s not always easy for a zombie to drag himself out of the grave before sunrise! After clawing my way out at 6:15 a.m., I checked my blood pressure: 118/74—holding steady, and way better than the days when it used to be dangerously high. I’m still cautious, though. It’s like battling an army of undead; you can never get too comfortable!
My sleep score is looking good again with a solid 7 hours and 26 minutes of sleep, rocking 97% efficiency. That’s a rating of 93! Not too shabby, but I did notice my heart rate was a little elevated last night, and there was some restlessness. Might need to fine-tune this rest schedule a bit. Afterward, I jumped on Mr. NordicTrack Elliptical and took another stroll through the Serengeti Plains, targeting Zone 1 to keep things nice and easy.

This one had me in Zone 2 almost the whole time, a perfect recovery pace.
