I actually got up at 6 a.m. this morning and headed to the trusty NordicTrack elliptical. I did a 22-minute beginner interval walking session with iFit trainer Stacie Clark. As part of the Turks and Caicos Weight Loss Walking Series, we walked along Long Bay Beach, doing a 1:3 interval session with 30 seconds on and 90 seconds of recovery. Felt good afterward—ready to start the day.
