The Peloton App offers a comprehensive and personalized workout experience, whether you’re at home, on the go, or at the gym. With Peloton App, you can access step-by-step workout plans tailored to help you refine your fitness routine no matter where you are. The app also features Programs & Challenges, which provide structured collections of classes designed to help you reach specific goals or milestones. These challenges not only motivate you but also allow you to track your progress as you work towards achieving your fitness objectives. Additionally, the “Just Work Out” feature enables you to log and track activities outside of Peloton classes, ensuring that all your efforts contribute to your overall fitness streaks and achievements.

Building a consistent workout routine is made easier with the Peloton App’s user-friendly features. You can bookmark classes to save them for later, ensuring you never miss a workout that catches your interest. The app’s scheduling feature allows you to choose live or on-demand classes and add them to your calendar, making it easy to stay committed to your fitness plan. For those who prefer more customized sessions, the Stacked Classes feature lets you create a seamless workout experience by adding multiple classes to your stack and transitioning smoothly from one to the next.

Tracking your progress is an integral part of the Peloton experience, and the app provides several tools to help you stay on top of your fitness goals. The Peloton Watch App, compatible with various fitness tracking devices, allows you to monitor key metrics such as heart rate, calories burned, pace, and distance during your workouts. With the app’s streak feature, you can stay motivated by earning notifications for consecutive days or weeks of consistent exercise. Additionally, if you have a Peloton App+ Membership and Bluetooth® FTMS-enabled equipment, you can connect to your treadmill or rower to track performance and goals seamlessly.

The social aspect of the Peloton App keeps you engaged and motivated through community interaction. You can find and follow friends, view their workout history and profiles, and see when they’re actively working out. The Activity Feed lets you stay inspired by viewing the recent workouts of people you know, along with their key metrics. To add a touch of encouragement, the app allows you to send virtual high fives to others on the Leaderboard, fostering a sense of camaraderie as you work toward your fitness goals together. Whether you’re working out at home, on the go, or at the gym, the Peloton App offers thousands of classes and numerous features to keep you motivated and connected.

I’ve been using the Peloton App on and off for a few years and really appreciate the variety of workouts it offers. My focus has been on strength, stretching, yoga, and meditation sessions. The ability to choose from 5-, 10-, 15-, 20-, and 30-minute workouts makes it easy to fit something into my day, no matter how busy I am. For those with more time, there are also 45- and 60-minute workouts available. I often stack a strength workout followed by a full-body stretch for a comprehensive session.

At home, I use the app on my Android tablet while mirroring it to my TV. This setup allows me to view the TV when I’m standing or on the floor looking up, and I can easily switch to my tablet when I’m in other positions on the floor. The portability of the tablet makes it convenient to take the app on the road when traveling.

The instructors are generally friendly, likable, and motivational without being over the top. With over 50 instructors to choose from, there’s a good chance you’ll find a few that really connect with you. Each workout is ranked by difficulty—Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced—and the Filter option makes it easy to find the perfect session by sorting by length, instructor, class type, body activity, language, music genre, difficulty, and whether you’ve taken the class before.

I also use the iFit app, and while I prefer iFit for non-studio workouts on my elliptical and rowing machine, Peloton is my go-to for stand-alone workouts.
