Nothing real special to report this week. I still haven’t made it to the gym. Though, I did get out to take some photos of the local flooding and rains. The heavy rains have helped kill my motivation to get out. Regardless, I’m down 2 more pounds, to 227.6.
I’m still running on a fairly significant calorie deficit and experimenting with various low-carb recipes. I’ll be positing some recipes and reviews soon. The good news is that my stomach is finally starting to shrink, so I’m not hungry all the damn day.
The mini-pizza pictured above is 189 calories and 9 net carbs. I eat two of them for lunch or dinner. I may followup with some Jell-O sugar-free pudding as desert.
