Well, I guess I’ve been lazy with my journal. For the most part sleeping has been a bit better. Still waking up a couple times a night. Most times I fall back to sleep quickly. Occasionally I do not.

 

Breakfast was a couple eggs and sausage. Lunch was an Atkins drink. 3 slices of cheese for a snack and a hamburger patty w/cheese and kidney beans for dinner. I also had a late snack of sugar-free pudding.

 

I had a good workout today, 5 sets of 15 using the 45lb bar on the bench press.

 

Had an evening walk with the wife and ended the evening with 20 push-ups and 30 squats (3×10)
