For the second night in the row I slept until 6:30 am without waking up, WOOT! Started the day with 2 eggs and sausage.

 

Had a good workout at the gym. Cardio heart rate averaged 151, which is what I was targeting.

 

For lunch I busted loose, with urging from the wife, and had two open-face tuna salad sandwiches.  Tuna sandwiches are one of those bizarre anomalies of my diet.

 

Dinner  consisted of part of a chicken breast. Evening snack was 4 slices of cheese and a couple of tortilla chip crumbs.
