Woke at 5:30, fell back to sleep quickly. Woke again a little before 9:00 and got up. Had a GNC drink before going to the gym.
Gym workout included cardio on the bike, heart rate was about 130. I should target 150. Worked on arms and shoulders, also did crunches.
Got home and felt good. Ate an apple. Unloaded and reloaded dishwasher then watched American Le Mans Series race.
Went out side and edged the yard and installed drip system for the wife’s new plants. Realized at 5:50 that I had to leave for band rehearsal, but I hadn’t eaten. Rushed to get yard stuff put away and then got really light headed, shaky, and confused.
Stopped at Taco Bell and got 3 beef/bean tacos. Ate those at the church before rehearsal.
Rehearsal went pretty well. About 9:30 pm at some cottage cheese and pineapple.
