Woke about quarter to 5 this morning and fell back to sleep about 6:30. Got up late, at 6:55, and didn’t have time for breakfast.
Fridays are now my “restoration” days. Some people call them skip days or cheat days. I look at it as restoring my metabolism and sanity. So I started of with my traditional maple donut. Followed that up with a serving of trail mix.
Snacked on trail mix and beef jerky.
Made some bean dip when I got home. Had a little bit of been dip with a handful of tortilla chips and then ordered a personal pizza.
Had more chips and dip with my meds. Seemed to feel ok afterwards.
