I finally entered my recent test values into my diabetes tracking app. I then exported the data into excel so I could create a nice little chart. I was pleased to see no only has it come down, but it has also stabilized, compared to previous time frames.
Prior to actually watching my diet and exercising my tests ranged from 57-211. From the chart below we can see that it’s now pretty close to the target of 100.
