Woke up a little early this morning, after sleeping most of the night. I recall waking up about 3:45 am, but I wasn’t awake for long. Anyway, my clock said 6:35 and I was confused as to why the wife hadn’t already awoken me. She kindly informed me that I don’t get up until 6:45, so I quickly went back to sleep.
She woke me back up at 6:45 and I ambled into the shower. Like most mornings lately, I was a bit nauseous (more on this part later). It seemed to go away shortly after I finished showering. For breakfast I tried a very small bowl of a new high-fiber, high-protein cereal. It’s similar to Kashi Go-Lean, much sweeter though, I need to go back and compare the stats on the two.
On Monday mornings I listen to the Friday podcast of Tech News Today. So, by the time I get to work, I’m usually convinced the it is already Friday. Always a fleeting, yet always disappointing, feeling.
Moving on, lunch today was an apple. Snacks included a 1/2 cup of trail mix and an Atkins bar. Chili dogs won out for dinner tonight. Meanwhile, at least for a little while I figured I’d count calories, carbs, etc. Adding things up, I really need to knock out the morning cereal, it killed my numbers for the day.
Stats for the day:

Calories, Total Fat, Sat. Fat, Trans. Fat, Total Carbs, Fiber, Sugar, Net Carbs, Protein, Sodium (mg)

Edit: Updated the stats because I forgot to include one of the hot dogs.
