When I last spoke of goals, I had not defined any timeframes. Since then I’ve flushed things out a bit and have created some milestones. I’ve already hit my first milestone which was to lose 20 lbs. The rest are as follows:

 

  • Lose 10 more pounds (30 total) by November 6th.
  • Lose 15 more pounds (45 total) by January 1st.
  • Lose the final 20 pounds (65 total) by March 5th.

 

I have also added a longer term goal:

  • Be able to ride my dirt bike by my next birthday.

 

Lastly there is a dream (a goal without a time set):

  • No longer need my diabetes medication.

 

There it is, it’s all out there. Crossing fingers, and working hard.
